Please note before booking:

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT.

  • If you’re looking to book outside of our regular office hours (9.30am-5.30pm) please email us to see our out-of-hours rates.

  • If you need to record multiple times on the same day, we kindly ask that this is booked as one continuous session, as we're unable to use the studio in between e.g. two 1h podcast records scheduled for 10am and then 12pm should be booked as a 3 hour session 10-1pm.

  • If you need to reschedule your booking we require 72 hours’ notice. For cancellations, we can only provide a refund if cancelled more than 1 week in advance.

  • The time of your booking includes time to arrive, set-up, and/or transfer files. Please do factor this in when making your booking.

  • We recommend bringing a laptop with an SD card port to transfer audio files, and a USB port to transfer video files.

  • All attendees as part of the booking must be over 18 years old.
